CIGARETTE by Dharma Type is a decorative typeface that marries Art Deco geometry with unmistakably modern sensibilities. The design hinges on dramatic contrast between thick and thin strokes, creating an almost theatrical presence that commands attention on the page. This bold-to-delicate interplay generates genuine visual tension and intrigue, making the font feel like a deliberate statement rather than a supporting player in any layout. The contrast is what's clever here: it's strong enough to feel confident and distinctive, yet it avoids tipping into dated or overly retro territory.

You'll find real value in projects that call for this kind of visual sophistication: luxury cosmetics and fragrance packaging, vintage-inspired wedding invitation suites, speakeasy-style cocktail bar menus, and artisanal product labels for boutique goods. Gallery announcements, one-off poster designs, and boutique fashion branding all make natural homes for this typeface. The font includes built-in ligatures for expanded typographic control, letting you refine the details further when a particular project warrants that extra level of polish.

If you work with typefaces that need to carry visual weight without relying purely on size or volume, CIGARETTE warrants a closer look. Get it on Creative Fabrica and see how it transforms your next high-impact design.
