This bouncy script carries genuine warmth. Boy Friend, designed by erik studio, is a handwritten typeface with smooth, flowing letterforms that capture casual style without feeling overdone or careless.

The font works wonderfully for wedding invitation suites, custom greeting cards, Instagram story headers, and small business logos. Its rounded, open letterforms stay legible even at smaller sizes, adapting across print and screen without losing personality. The design leans playful rather than purely formal, giving it real range for fashion brand identities, DIY craft labels, and boutique product packaging. Smooth strokes keep the feel friendly and approachable, yet the letterforms remain deliberate and controlled. You'll find it equally useful for social media graphics, stationery designs, and poster text when you need strong personality without unnecessary decoration or fussiness.

Pair Boy Friend with a clean, neutral sans-serif for body text to maintain readability and create visual contrast. The script works best solo for headlines and display work, where its personality can really breathe and shine. The balance between the script's rounded curves and a geometric sans-serif creates particularly strong visual results for cohesive brand applications.
