Blustery Block by Illustration Ink is a whimsical full-color font built on a playful winter aesthetic using block-style letterforms. The charming color palette works beautifully for children's book illustrations, nursery wall art, holiday gift tags, and storybook cover designs where you need type that feels hand-crafted and joyful. Alternate letterforms let you mix and match characters to add personality to your layouts, and they're accessible through your system's character map.

This is an OpenType SVG font, which means it installs just like any standard font file on both Mac and Windows computers. Once installed, the full color displays when you type in compatible programs like Adobe Creative Suite, Inkscape, or Quark. Older design software might show it as black until you open it in an application that recognizes color fonts, so test in your main workspace first to see the real vibrancy and depth of the palette in action.

The font works in most modern design tools, though it isn't compatible with Cricut machines. Grab Blustery Block on Creative Fabrica when you're ready to add nostalgic charm and playfulness to your work.
