You're designing vintage greeting cards when Velvet Edge, a handwritten font from OliviaFontCo, catches your eye. This typeface captures the personal warmth of pen and paper while keeping consistent letterforms that work beautifully at any size. The slab-serif backbone gives it both playfulness and substance, making it feel equally at home in a kindergarten classroom poster, a retro identity system for a small business, or a hand-lettered craft project where personality matters without compromising legibility.

Teachers reach for it when creating classroom labels, supply tags, and bulletin board lettering that feel genuinely thoughtful rather than mass-produced. Graphic designers use Velvet Edge for scrapbooking layouts, DIY gift tag designs, and vintage greeting card suites where that handcrafted aesthetic drives the whole appeal. The font reads clearly at any scale, whether you're setting headlines or running longer text blocks. It performs just as well in print work as it does on screen, giving you flexibility across projects.

Velvet Edge shines brightest at large display sizes, where you can fully see the character baked into every letterform. Get it on Creative Fabrica and bring genuine handwritten warmth to your next project.
