Big River is an elegant sans serif and handwritten font duo with lots of extras. It includes:

Please note: No special software is needed in order to access the extras, as they are in a different font file. You can simply access them directly in your font bar (a-z for terminals in regular, A-Z for terminals in italic, and 0-1 for squiggles).
