This font feels like a handwritten note from a close friend, brimming with personality and genuine charm. Postcard Special, created by Letterayu, is a rounded slab serif with the unmistakable warmth of marker pen on paper. Its playful character makes it wonderfully suited for DIY thank you card sets, kraft-paper scrapbooking layouts, hand-drawn gift tags, and custom Etsy sticker designs with soul. The whimsical strokes work equally well on planner covers, greeting card suites, or personal journaling pages where you want the message to feel handmade rather than templated.

Because it reads as both friendly and sturdy, Postcard Special holds its own in projects where legibility matters alongside visual warmth. These soft letterforms stay readable even at smaller sizes, which is why it performs so well for stickers, sublimation projects, and any design where text needs to stand out and grab attention without sacrificing clarity. Pair it with a clean, minimal sans-serif for body text or secondary callouts; the contrast between Postcard Special's approachable nature and geometric simplicity creates visual balance and breathing room in all layouts.
