Notes is a handwritten script font designed by Rianne Maria that authentically captures the natural, flowing quality of everyday writing and personal correspondence. With 76 glyphs and comprehensive support for 102+ Latin-based languages, this regular-weight script delivers genuine pen-and-ink character for any project that demands a distinctly personal, human touch instead of mechanical precision.

The informal, unpolished quality of Notes makes it particularly well-suited to greeting card designs, personal journaling layouts, handwritten note graphics, and custom gift tag designs. Social media creators use it to inject genuine warmth into posts and captions, while wedding invitation designers appreciate its modern sensibility for invitation suites that seek intimacy without excessive formality. Crafters, makers, and small business owners find it equally at home on Etsy shop banners and product labels, where authentic personality matters more than polish. This is especially effective on projects where you want readers to feel a human connection rather than corporate distance.

Notes is available as a free download from this page, with complete licence terms displayed there. For best results, pair the script with a clean, geometric sans-serif: let Notes lead on headings and short text while the sans-serif anchors body copy and navigation, preserving both personality and legibility.
