There's something disarmingly confident about Northgate, a bold handwritten script from StringLabs. It brings genuine personality to projects that need more than just type: they need actual character and warmth.

You'll find it shines on wedding invitation suites where you want guests to feel the personal touch from the moment they hold the card. Etsy shop branding is another natural fit; your product photography and labels deserve a script with this much presence and punch. It works beautifully for event menu cards and place settings at upscale venues, or as the headline font for custom product packaging where a handmade, artisanal aesthetic genuinely matters. Crafters and makers love using it for DIY signage and wall art that commands attention without shouting. The letterforms are distinctive enough to work solo, but strong enough to anchor a design.

Pair Northgate with a clean, minimal sans-serif for any supporting body text to keep visual hierarchy clear and readability high. The contrast between the script's boldness and a restrained, neutral sans feels balanced and immediately professional. Grab it on Creative Fabrica and bring this confident, expressive script into your next project.
