New is an italic script-handwritten font designed by Vickie Martinez. With 129 glyphs and support for over 133 languages using Latin-based scripts, this flowing typeface brings a personal, handcrafted quality to any creative project that calls for authentic penmanship charm. The subtle curves and connected letterforms create an organic feel that reads as genuine handwriting while maintaining the polish of a professional font. Its italic slant adds contemporary visual interest to traditional script aesthetics, striking a balance between elegance and approachability.

This style shines in wedding invitation suites, where its graceful letterforms add romance and elegance to save-the-dates, ceremony programs, and thank-you cards. Handmade product labels and artisan packaging benefit tremendously from the warm, inviting character this script conveys. Etsy shop banners and social media graphics gain personality and visual appeal without sacrificing readability. Personalized stationery designs, greeting cards, and scrapbooking projects all find a natural home in New's flowing, connected letterforms. The compact glyph set proves sufficient for most Latin-alphabet projects without introducing unnecessary complexity.

Pair New with a clean sans-serif for contrast when using it in headlines or display contexts, allowing the script to shine where it matters most. This font is free for personal use only, with a commercial licence available directly from the designer.
