Imagine designing business cards for a small artisan pottery studio or creating an invitation suite for a rustic destination wedding. Caliche, created by Dharmas Studio, brings authentic handwritten warmth to typography while staying legible and polished. Its brushed, organic character works beautifully for projects that demand genuine vintage soul rather than clean, sterile digital aesthetics.

The typeface pulls inspiration from vintage letterpress craftsmanship and that laid-back, sun-soaked aesthetic of long summer days. That makes it exceptionally well-suited for artisan product labels, eco-conscious packaging design, personalized event invitations, and upscale boutique branding. Hand-sketched qualities like these feel intentional and professional even when your design concept leans deliberately rough or imperfect. Two distinct families come included: a regular upright style and a slanted version, giving you genuine flexibility to adjust pacing and personality across your layouts without needing additional fonts. The slant especially shines when introducing movement into headlines or adding subtle emphasis.

Both versions maintain visual consistency in weight and stroke while offering enough contrast to establish clear hierarchy. Find Caliche on Creative Fabrica and bring that handcrafted warmth to your next design.
