This slab serif feels warm and approachable, like a handwritten note from a friend. Buttermilk, designed by Nattyinshop, brings handwritten charm to a slab serif structure that reads equally well at display sizes and in short text settings. The rounded corners and slight weight variations give it a lived-in quality.

The font's lifestyle characters add depth and personality to any project. Consider it for personalized wedding invitation suites where handwritten warmth matters, boutique gift box labels that need charm and character, DIY craft signage for home decor and nurseries, and small business product branding that wants to feel human and approachable. Its friendly weight works beautifully for custom name tags, thank-you cards, menu cards, and hand-lettered logo concepts. The balanced proportions mean it stands out without overwhelming the page, giving you real room to build around it.

The array of lifestyle characters and alternates means you can add variations and flourishes throughout your work without changing typefaces. Pair Buttermilk with a clean, minimal sans-serif for body text to let the display shine and maintain legibility in longer passages. You'll find it on Creative Fabrica, ready to bring this quiet warmth to your next creative project.
