You're designing holiday greeting cards and need something that feels warm without the weight of overwrought decoration. Bekinda, designed by PHD Studios, is a slab serif that delivers exactly that balance. The typeface carries a vintage sensibility but stays modern through its clear, sturdy letterforms and genuine friendliness. You'll find it works beautifully across holiday card suites, wedding invitation layouts, festive postcard designs, boutique skincare packaging labels, and DIY event announcement materials where personality and readability both matter equally.

The five weights mean you can shift from delicate headlines to bold display settings without losing the typeface's core character. At large sizes, the slab serifs create a comforting visual weight that reads instantly, while the generous letter spacing prevents crowding. Smaller sizes retain that personality and warmth, which is surprisingly rare for display typefaces. The letterforms have enough space inside them to stay friendly even when set tight, making this work equally well for formal invitations, hand-lettered craft signs, or product labels that need to stand out on a shelf.

Grab Bekinda on Creative Fabrica and explore how the full range of weights transforms your next holiday project, card suite, or packaging design into something more memorable and intentional.
