Mocella by madeDeduk is a retro script with an unmistakable 80s personality. The letterforms sit at the intersection of playful and refined, rhythmic enough that you can layer them into display work without sacrificing legibility or becoming a visual liability. Because the design strikes a real balance between character and restraint, it feels equally at home in nostalgic branding work and contemporary projects that deliberately borrow from the period.

You'd naturally reach for this for vintage band posters, retro concert flyers, and 80s-inspired event graphics where the period authenticity matters. But the same qualities that make it work there also carry through to product labels with that nostalgic touch, vinyl cover artwork, anniversary editions, and invitation suites that channel the analog era. Beyond those bigger applications, it's equally useful for logo work, custom social graphics, and spot illustrations where you need personality without trying too hard. The font includes both cases, a complete set of numerals and symbols, and multilingual support. Ligatures and alternates provide variation when you're composing type-forward work or want to shift the rhythm mid-sentence.
