When you're designing a luxury brand identity, the typeface carries most of the weight. Belinda, a slab serif by Storytype Studio, handles that responsibility by combining the heft of classical serifs with a contemporary edge that works equally well when scaled large or kept intentionally small. The squared serifs and generous letterforms project authentic authority without sacrificing warmth or approachability.

Belinda shines in high-end logo design, editorial mastheads for luxury fashion magazines, and wedding invitation suites where couples want something that feels both refined and deeply personal. It translates beautifully to boutique skincare packaging, where a typeface needs to convey quality at a glance, as well as book cover titles and custom monogram work. The typeface's confident structure and distinctive character make it equally at home across display settings and body text applications.

The glyph set is notably generous, with swashes and alternates accessible through PUA encoding that let designers customize and layer letterforms throughout a project. At larger sizes, Belinda's slab structure becomes a design element in its own right rather than just letterforms, making it particularly effective for headlines and signage. Add it to your collection on Creative Fabrica and see how this versatile serif works across luxury branding and editorial projects.
